The three tiers are categorised as follows:
- BRONZE: Members who exchange up to and including 31 different Nestlé products within the loyalty scheme
- SILVER: Members who exchange from 32 up to and including 61 different Nestlé products within the loyalty scheme
- GOLD: Members who exchange 62 or more different Nestlé products within the loyalty schem
